Stocking? A 40 U.s Gallon Breeder With Black Sand Substrate

i have not bought the tank yet and yes i know about cycling

i am going to get the tank in about a week so any suggestions would be appreiciated

2 x Lyretail Killifish (Aphyosemion australe)
8 x Lemon Tetra (Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis)
6 x Leopard Cory (Corydoras leopardus)
8 x Glowlight Tetra (Hemigrammus erythrozonus)
1 x Pearl Gourami (Trichogaster leerii)
2 x Zebra Nerite Snail (Neritina natalensis sp. Zebra)

if i have room i would add 8 harliguin rasboras

also if this is a little over stocked i will lower the schooling fishes numbers to 6 and the cories to 3 or 4

it will be planted with java fern, java moss ,dwarf anubias, congo anubias and green comb.

lighting will be flourecent

i do not plan to breed any of these fish

so i just want to hear your opinions on the stock and i would like to have if i cant have all of them atleast the lyretail killies,lemon tetras and the pearl gourami (or 2)
