Stock Decision

Hello,
I have a Fluval Edge tank almost ready to go, all planted java moss and small piece of established bog wood etc...and i was thinking of having Sparkling Gourami in the tank, how many would you say would be suitable for a tank of this size? (i was thinking 3)
Also 3 or 4 Cherry Shrimp !

Please let me know your thoughts on my stocking decision. maybe people will have other ideas

Assuming it's 23 litres the general rule is 1 inch of adult size fish per gallon which equals 6 inches or 15 centimeters of fish. That is about 4 Sparkling Gouramis in a cycled tank. You should stock it with fish that you like, not what someone else likes. Unless you're married...
