Hello everyone: Thanks very much for all the advice in my last post. I wanted to update you and let you all know my little callico oranda is up and looking pretty good this morning! I'm shocked, because I thought he'd be dead for sure. I did a 25% water change like someone here suggested and left the chemicals alone. The nitrite is still a little high (.25 I believe it was).
My question now is this: Can I feed this little guy without causing the nitrite leveles to skyrocket again?
I'm assuming I should do a 25% water change again today and everyday until we see some balance correct?
