I'm setting up my 75 gallon and getting ready for the first fish to land.

Once I get some fish in there, and want to rearrange the plants, rocks, toys, or what not, can I just wash and rinse my hands and arms off well and do it by hand, or is this something that will lead to dead fish?

stickiny you hands in the tank is fine ;) i love it.

just make sure you give them a good wash and rinse all the soap of properly ;)

Me too! My fish nibble my hands so much! It's really nice, except when I'm trying to catch a pesky Zippy the rainbow shark.

Although, it's probably my own fault for hand feeding them bloodworm.

Hi Max Action :)

There's nothing wrong with putting your hands in the tank. It would be hard to avoid doing it, because things need to be cleaned and rearranged from time to time.

Just be sure that they are clean and VERY well rinsed off. Soap or detergent residue could prove very harmful. If you are a smoker, you will also want to get the nicotine off your fingers before working on your tank.
