Welcome to the forum splashylittleraindrops.
The first thing you will need to do is identify the correct species for your julii. Most of what are sold as julii are really Corydoras trilineatus. They are a bit hard to tell apart but true julii have spots and broken lines on their head area while trilineatus have a swirling pattern on their heads instead. (It looks kind of like the swirling patterns in drawings you will find of a human brain) Either fish will do fine with C. sterbai but will not interact with them as well as they would with their own species, hence the desire to correctly identify your new "julii".

he will chill with them, but its like putting an Englishman in a pub with 5 French guys....(hes not going to be happy).

Thanks for all your comments.I have had a look at my cory and i think he is a true julii as he has broken lines on his head.I do know where my freind got him from it is from my LFS and there is a few left in ther do you rekon i should get another one as he would not be as lonely?????

please reply!! And thank you again :good:

I'd be willing to bet it really is a trilineatus. Honest. Post a photo please and we can tell you for sure.

But to answer your question, they should be in groups of at least 6. So go get some more.
