Hi all
I had 6 Sterbai from my old tank and have since upgraded to a 55gal so got a further 5.
I was sat at my desk working yesterday and I saw one of them nudging the other who was very passive and just got bounced around. At first I feared the worst as it was one of the new ones and thought they were on their way out.
Anyway, I soon got wind of what was going on when the nudging stopped and the nudgor got chased around the tank by the nudgee.
Aye aye I thought and sure enough, about 2 mins later they were in the ol' T position.
Never thought I'd get them to breed and to be honest wasn't really bothered about going that route. Now I'm panicking though because I don't have a spare tank at the moment!
I'm assuming in a community tank with phantom tetras, x ray tetras a black widow tetra, a couple of silver fin tetras, 2 dwarf gourami and a plec the eggs and any subsequent fry won't stand a chance?
Cheers
