I've been adding bits and pieces of rock slowly over the last 4-6 weeks, and am now up to 20kg.. obviously I have loooads of hitch hikers including peppermint shrimp, handy.. cz one lot og rock i got WAS covered in aiptasia! But anyway... I think they're starting to get hungry, I have things that I dont usually see out in the day that are starting to hunt all around the tank all day long, bristleworms, shrimp, brittle starfish etc. Do I feed them? What do shrimp eat!?

I would say throw a prawn in. It would be something fir them to pick off. Plus It would help keep the rock going too from the decomposition of it.

That's what I would do anyway but other people might have other ideas or even disagree.

Hope it helps.

I would probably add a prawn on one day and a few flakes of fish food on other days
interesting as i am in the same position at the moment, when you say fish food flakes does it need to be marine or will any do i.e trops or pond pellets
