starting new tank

we have a 60gl. reef/fish tank now, bought new 135gl. 72''x18''x24'' 40gl. sump,in sump protein skimmer, 3-250 watt halides tank is up and running with 80lb live sand, 80lbs live figi rock to go with 70lbs rock in existing tank, would it be safe to swap fish corals and livestock all at the same time ? only 6 fish... will ad more after tank is able to take them. eany advise would be helpful

Yes, it should be just fine. That amount of live rock will be able to handle the waste, filtration wise, from your fish so that the parameters don't get out of wack for your fish or corals.
