Starting In Saltwater

It is easier to reccommend advice etc if we know the size tank you will have etc! Do you have any details?

I will be purchasing a 20 gallon tank for my living room and I want to know if I can keep something like a pair of clownfish the substrate will most likely be dead sand and I will probably purchase a filter rated for 30 gallons heres a pic of the tank I already own in my bedroom.

It is worth you coming over the to salty section, there is a lot of bits to read.
For clowns I believe the absolute minimum tank size is 20g but some think this is still too small.
If you put a post over there some more experienced people can help you
