no i mean the tank pumps etc.................i have found one but its only a nano!

Do you mean a plug and play system such as

if so then

has them, but they are very expensive.

if you want a biig aquarium look at the deltec (i think) aquariums or is itthe aqua medic. These are pretty much plug and play if you buy all the equiptment. Very very expensive though some as much as £8999
