Stange Behavior

all of my fish in my tank appear very jumpy and now frequently dart up to the surface of the water, much as my corys always do, this is very eratic behaviour as they usualy are very peacefull.
This started a couple of days ago so i checked water quality- ammonia was 0.3 but i have sorted that now, plz help me!

Fish listing:
80 UKg
3 Golden gourami
3 Blue gourami
3 Pearl gourami
4 Dwarf gourami
5 Honey gourami
3 albino cory
3 bronze cory
3 gold rams
1 common pleco

They are ALL acting like this appart from my plec.
what the hell is going on?

Does it look like they are gasping for air or just getting quick breaths of air like corys do?

Chack the temp. Maybe a heater that is stuck on. Could also be chloramine/chlorine in the water. Do you use a water conditioner when you do water changes?

maybe you're overstocked and it's affecting the water parameters
