Spotty Gourami

hi can anyone please tell me what this is please the small spot/lump near his mouth

the tank is a juwel rio 125 been running for a month (cloned tank) fish are apair of dwarf neon gouramis
pair of bronze corys five gold barbs eight glowlight tetras apair of mollys,
tank stats are ammonia 0
nitrites between 0.1/0.3
ph/7.5/8 nitrates between 10/20mg,glow lights were the last fish in aweek ago been using melafix for the glowlights(some had ragged fins)also flora boost for the plants,temp is 24c water change once a week
stress coat for water treatment,he seems too feed ok too.hope some one can help cheers.

You have a nitrite reading so need to get that down with a water change, white spots on the mouth are bacterial, you will need to treat the fish.

cheers for repying wilder right i d better say i new to keeping tropical fish had biorb for three years,
right do i treat the whole tank or just the fish on his own and what would you recomend for treatment and thanks again, oh will the treatment hurt the filter.
