Yesterday I had noticed that my spotted raphael catfish's tailfin looked as if my oscars were nipping at him. I figured he would be okay for a few days until I had a chance to move him. Well today it seems there is "hair" growing on his tail--where it's been nipped at. Kind of like the fungus that grows on dead fish, but softer and more fluidic in motion. Anyone have an ideas? I'm going to transfer him to a 10g later tonight, but is this fungus and if so what do I treat him with?
