spotted congo puffer

Hi, i've been researching this type of puffer as my lfs had one in stock and from what i've read these are very rarely seen in fish shops in the uk is this true???or is what i been reading out of date and now there more common??he was only 15 pounds and was about 2 inchs long so well priced aswell i thought.
Fairly sure the spotted congo will be sold now but will i find another??
