sponge filter 10 gallon

Will a Hagen Biofoam sponge filter (single) provide enough biological filtration for a 10g? Should I get a double? I plan on changing 20% of the water per week.

is this a HOB sponge filter, or an airline tubing sponge filter? I'm not familiar with the specific model you're referring to. Also, what's your stock?
