If they are betta cross with betta, I think it is ok and I don't call it hybrid. Like people too. Cross breed between black and asian or white with mexican. i called it hybrid when you cross a human with a monkey. LOL![]()

It's closer than family even, it's genus.wrs said:but they all go by betta as the family name, which still puts them in the family. Zebras all go by the name Metriaclima, but some do have the diffrent name at the end ( I have no idea what they are called) which would make them a seperate species as well, no?
