Special Ct F2 Spawners

As I write, the CT's are embracing and tucking eggs in the nest

Ombre, my special male from the rare line, and his sister Flutter and making some wittle babies for me.

This is a spawn I cannot wait to grow out so please pray that this one does not go crazy!

Ombre was one of my most passive little boys, so sweet and would swim in my hand and suck my finger, lol. His sister is similar natured and loves boys.

Well, did he ever change in the spawn tank! He is easily among my top two most flamboyant boys! Like a flamenco dancer, very showy and what a huge flare he does! I have never gotten him to do much flaring before, little gill flares that is about it - but he has a FULL SUN! whoo hoo! I never knew!

Anyhow, I am so excited about this one, I will keep you posted..

(off this topic, but I had to move my entire fishroom yesterday and my brother is coming to live with us at short notice. So for the time being my office will house hundreds of bettas, lol)

This is mommy: bad pic from the breeer actually - She is actually SUPER turquoisey iridescent sheen

I will take one of Daddy for you all He is a less colorful version of his relative above with a bit of blue starting on his tail...same patterning. They are 4 mos
