Is there an option for reporting spammers?

There is one on today ( erp12 ) and I noticed one last week as well; is there an easy way to report someone or do we (usually) have to contact an admin; and if so who is the best to contact?

I hate spammers, especially the ones with one post who decide to sell nike trainers on a fish site
