South American Lungfish Swap?

Hi guys,
I have the opportunity to own a 40" South American Lungfish. I have had the African (naughty) ones before and fancy this now.
The deal is to swap a 7" African Pike, a 10" African Wolf Fish, a 7" Dischotodis sexfasciata and a 10" Giraffe cat for it.
Does that sound like a good deal? I can't make my mind up! I like the first 2 on the list but not too attached to the other 2.

My tank is 7 foot x 2.5 foot at the minute but I am in process of constructing a 9 x 5 x 3 pond. Cheers

Still thinking about it. I am looking up how long the lungfish live- most species seem to be very long- up to 80/ 100 years but the only info on the SA is 8 years! I thought it must be typo but have found it on many different sites now. I can't believe that it is correct, and if it is how old must the 40" one be?
