SOS: Bought an ill Severum

Dear Friends,

I need you urgent help and kind suggestion.

I bought a Red-spotted Severums online.
The seller sent me pics but this problem was not shown/told. He hide it in all pics.

Can you pls suggest me what treatment should I give?
It is now in hospital tank, alone.
Pls help me to cure him/her.

Looks like a nasty bacterial infection but could possibly be a wound from being caught and bagged. How is he acting? Has it eaten anything yet?

I'm not too great with meds, but I think if you keep the water clean+warm and add a med that treats fungal infections (many fungal infections treat for bacteria as well) he might recover.
