Sorgan :) Need Help With My Gorgan!

The top of my gorg is swelled like a balloon and the same at the top of the piece branching off. Any idea whats happening mate? normal growth? Its hard to tell on the pics.. you can see the ballooning more on the small branching piece.

not to worry, it looks like its about to branch, the sweling is where it is making more gorgonin (skeleton) for a divide.
