right as some of u may have known by the pics yesterday i had 4 marbled angels... well after doin some research an somthin thinkin (hate it when im wrong) i realised what ppl said, after so many months my angels will be too big for the tank and having 4 wouldnt help... so today iv taken back 2 of them the lfs were fine about it an wanted to know why i changed my mind, i explaind that iv got a 40 long and that after some time the angles wont be comfertouble living in such a low tank... she was fine about it said it was ok just an impulse buy an hoped i learned my lesson... i had two black two white so i kept one of each an sent the other two back not fair why cant i have a bigger tank!!! (gives bf dirty look)

Well you know nightlife,you should have a birthday coming up (if it hasn't passed yet),you can always express your sole interest in a 55 gallon setup for your birthday. Christmas is a ways away,but you have that too. I got my 55 setup for $150,with everything. It's not too much,you're worth it.

I'm sorry you had to take them back,but you did the right thing girl. Your fish will thank you for it.

yer but its not fair... they looked sooo nice in the tank... all for of them swimmin round together... then each of them pairing off.. always 1black an 1 white... disgusted

at the end of the day tho they would ahve been unhappy an i suppose iv saved them some missery... but on t he other hand iv taken em back to a shop to be sold again into god knows what

What size is your tank? How low could it be? Mine is 18" and my 4 angels look to have plenty of room.

my tanks 48x18x15 but when they get older they get taller an the tank wont be large enough for them...some one reccomended at least a 20 high one for them min....

but im keep these two an workin on the bf for a 48x24x18

Ohh. 2 of my angels are at least 3 and a half years old and they look fine in my tank. Maybe I have a different kind that their fins do not get so high?

I have that type of Angel too. Mine will NEVER get to be 6 inches high, they are about 4 now and pretty close to fully mature. Maybe they keep growing all their lives?
But their fins are pretty short

i had an angel its fins were huge it was about 4"in tall and was about 5 months old and it was still growing! so i sold it to a friend with a 40g tall
