Somewhat Of A New Tank

I have a 75 US Gal tank that I had Firebelly frogs, tiger salamanders, and chinese newts in. I am now converting it to a live bearer tank.

What do I need to clean this tank out with so they aren't infected if the amphib's had anything?

I am replacing the rock with sand though. Except for the red rock, that is staying in.

Just rinse the tank, rock and other things in the tank with hot fresh water.
