Something Wrong With My Guppy...

So, I've had my 20 gallon tank for about a month and a half and have stocked it with 5 guppies, 3 tetras, and 2 peppered cory catfish. my losses have been very little, about 3/13. lately one of my guppies have been acting strange. It had white stringy poop, it swims tilted upward, and it has an inflamed anus. Also, it's back seems to swing to the side... My catfish also seem a little inactive, I'm wondering if the cause of that has any correspondence with what's wrong with my guppy...

any ideas people? any at all? the guppy is laying at the bottom the tank now... i just noticed it has a bit of yellowish coloring on its fins.

Sounds like a fish in cycle. They are probably showing the signs of ammonia/nitrite poisoning at this point. Sometimes it doesn't right away. White feces is a sign that a fish hasn't been eating.
