Something is hanging out of my molly

My black molly who was pregnant has a prolapsed something hanging out of her body..It's a pretty big mass. Do i get her in a net and try to push it back in or wait or what?

What exactly does it look like ?

It's really big,pink and lumpy. It's a roundish mass. Looks like a miniature brain. Her little poo hole is this ( ) big around and it's all hanging out. I have no clue what to do...SHould I put her in a wet net and try to push it back in?

What other fish do you have in the tank and does the tank have any salt? If so I would just leave her be, definately do not try to push it back in that will cause more harm than good. Is she still eating + acting normally?

In the tank with her are other mollies,swords,platys,and 2 guppies.

I use salt in all of my tanks,she WAS pregnant but now this. Right now she tries to eat and her dorsal fin is up she looks okay. She's moving around in the breeder net with the babies. I haven't really been feeding her much but fry food she eats and a flake or two because I'm afraid she won't be able to poo.

She's still alot but she isn't hovering at the top of the water or sitting on the bottom. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it'll go back in there where it belongs.

Sorry to hear it heather I consulted my books and it seems there was nothing you could do to save her, do you have any ofher offspring?
