Somethin Wrong With Barb?

Hey, something is wrong with one of my cherry barbs me thinks. . It has something like a white band going down vertically near the back and its top dorsal fin is always flat.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this is - slightly urgent. .

The only other thing is that my 2 other barbs arent showing the same symptoms and i have 2 infamous sucking loaches - incase they did it?

I have no idea weather it's a disease or another fish attacking it, in a straight line, right. . . .

Any help would be appreciated thanks

The fishes fins are clamped. Unfortunatly, this could lead to alot of diseases so a picture will be needed.
