this one in particular, a Striped Silver Dollar, just loves these old Tetra Gold Fish pellets... they were cheap Walmart Tetra food, that I've been slipping few pellets in, just to get rid of them, they've been on my shelf for a couple years...Stripe will hunt them out, before eating a freshly opened Bug Bites, or the Omega 1 Vegi bites, that I bought with the Silver Dollars in mind... he seems to prefer the red ones, over the green ones, but will eat either, before any of the fresher "better quality" foods I offer the tank...
