Are you a fishy breeder geeza - I've always taken pics of my fish without the flash, room lights off, tank lights on, but these ones were all taken with a flash and the camera held at an angle to reduce glare. The most recent pics I took of fish in my 45 gallon were done the same way. It seems to work much better for me. I don't know if it's because my tanks are too dim or if my digital camera is crappy or if I'm just not very good at taking fishy pictures with it.
