Ive had two solenoids fail on me this year and am in the market for a good reliable solenoid that I can attach to a timer and that will shut off the co2 gas as required. Please list and provide links if possible. Help is so very much needed here...

have you tried the lunapet one on ebay? what makes have you had that have gone wrong?

This is the one I got

The brand I had was aquamedic and the first failed after a few months the second after a few weeks? They would shut off but still allow gas to seep through at a rate of 1 bubble every 30 secs so in the mornings I'd see the co2 running, going though the counter at a real slow rate and letting co2 into the aquarium. Really annoying!

I had an all in one regualtor/solenoid and the solenoid packed up on me within 3 months, so I purchased the one in the link above, got it within 4 days from germany.

Quite a few people on this forum use the lunapet one and recommended me to that one. Since I have been using it, its been spot on.
