How many Watts of light?

Hmm, not sure how well they would fair in my tank.

33 US Gal Long tank.
2 x 20W T8's with reflectors (1.2WPG), both bulbs are in the 'photosynthesis' colour region...

I really would like to try some...but don't really have £5 to go spending on some plants that may well melt away due to not having enough light...

I also have some in a fluval roma 125 with just its standard lighting no co2 or easycarbo etc and ferts when I remember and its growing, more slowly than the Osaka. Infact it's getting the reddish tinge which I haven't achieved yet.
