Soft Corals

Hey all, I have a 29 gallon with a stock light. Can I keep soft corals like xenia, and frog spawn with a 65 watt compact light? If not what do you reccomend I upgrade to.

I wouldnt add a frogspawn, but softies like Mushrooms and zoanthids you might get away with.

I really like frog spawm what type of lighting should i get for them?

Id want atleast 4 30W T8 tubes, otherwise get some T5's. Google is your friend. You also need to consider whether you have appropriate circulation, water parameters and tank mates? You should read up using internet sources and some good quality books.

A single 65 watt PC light is a little on the low side for LPS. Adding a second 65watter would probably be your easiest bet. Or perhaps two T5 tubes that span the length of your tank.
