i only plan to keep leather, devils finger, mushroom and maybe zoos what lighting would be required in terms of munber of t5 tubes with reflectors and which spectrum is best i.e. actinic or white or both unsure really

if it were me i'd go for 4 tubes with individual reflectors with a 50/50 split with acintics and white tubes, 2 of each. you could keep these softies with less light i guess but if it were me thats what i would get.

edit: i see its a 10 gal 4 t5s would be over kill i thinks power compacts would prob be better suited but id ask over in the nano section, ive only had 4 ft tanks lol

If it were my tank I'd light it with a pair of 18watt PCs, or a small clip-on halide

will a small clip on halide do the whole tank with no other tubes also if so can you suggest a brand/model
thanx

Yeah, even a 70watt halide will cover the mere 20" of a 10g tank.

What are the dimensions of the tank you wish to light with it?
