After Edward, I found it near impossible to resist a rescue of a poor little Betta with barely enough room to turn.

So of course our family has increased a lot.

Edward's tank got a Makeover recently...Got him a nice piece of established Driftwood.

Crappy photo of Edward, but it shows his colour nicely.

Of course where would we be without our Bella?

^ That's about where it ends alright... I've filled up half the cupboard. Don't go in pet stores, or get used to it. That's about your only options lol!

I hope Laurent is in better condition than your last two when you saved them... he looks OK. LOL at the twilight theme...

Laurent seems ok. He's very "sulky" at the moment, so not much flaring. I'm hoping that's just an adjustment mood and not a sign of sickness. Time will tell.

I've decided to just stay away from pet stores lol

a friend of mine bought me a betta the other day and after not knowing much about them and seeing everybody else's pictures I think I can safely say he rescued it and I am more than happy to have him in my community tank. He gets on great with his tank mates!
I just hope his tail grows back:

I love your Betta's and their names :) My Betta's names are Edward and Jacob too, but my other CT Betta is named James lol

How to stop getting every betta? Simple! Have already rescued 6 females that month!
(Do you think that a 5.5 gal (us) aquarium could house 2 bettas if it's divided? You'd only need 1 heater. :) )
