Snorkling Pics

Hi.last year i went on holiday to Egypt for two weeks.Before i went i thought i would buy a snorkel set and a cheap underwater camera which was a vivitar 5.1 mp which cost a whopping £15.Well ive just been looking through some pics and found my Egypt ones so i thought i would share with the forum.
here are some pics

me getting ready as the water was a bit chilly.lol

and this is off a little boat trip.not the best pic but it is a massive turtle they say hes over 150 years old.

and these last three are special to me as it was an awesome sight we got right down to it.the pics arnt the best but you can see what it is when you look close.lol

im trying desperatly to find a pic of a ray that we saw but cant find it anywhere,it was some spotted ray and looked awesome.thanks

Well I must admit although you say the last few are special, and its an awsome sight to see a live wild octopus ( I seen one in majorca's huge aquarium and they are majestic!!) all of the photos are amazing great post

Oh by the way.... you should have caught some put them in your pocket, pay for the trip then some!

just added a couple more.
i was amazed at the amount of fish at around 4metres below the surface.as we went out when we got to the coral where the octopus was it was out in the open but before i got my camera turned on and got down there he went back in.going again in march to a different place with a better camera.cant wait .there was some moneys worth down there.lol

Some good shots mate, I've recently been to Egypt and snorkel/Scuba dived in the Red Sea(before the shark attacks)

Its fantastic isn't it! I set a thread with a list of things I saw Here! I didn't take a camera with me though

the ray i saw was the blue spotted that you also saw,absolutly stunning fish to watch and swim above.when we saw that turtle we couldnt beleive the size of its,its head was bigger then mine.we going to hurgurda in march so hopefully will be getting a better snorkle and fins and get some better pics,my fins were really flexible and couldnt push down enough to go deeper.i did next to no sunbathing was just in the watter all the time.we also seen a big blue trigger fish which was stunning.
