I'm not sure. how big do they get at full maturity? that is the length you should base your question on. i know you should try and stick to 1" of fish per gallon. and now you would have 12" of fish in a 15 gallon tank. and that rule also depends on how territorial a fish is and how much they eat and poop. so take all that into consideration. sorry i don't have more specific answer. i don't know enough about the species to tell you for certain.
 
so i just looked up some info about that fish and it said that they can get as big as 8" in (20Cm) and that is kinda big considering that they do eat a lot according to the article i read. it also said they do better as adults in tanks 35 gallon and bigger (130L). but of course there are always exceptions to the rules and there will be people that have kept them healthy in smaller tanks. but that is a gamble. ultimately it's your choice. also keep in mind that if you don't give them the proper amount of space even if they look healthy you still might be causing them harm like stunting there growth. problems like that can effect them before they start getting big. just keep an eye on there growth.
