Snails

Hello, i have a tiny snail in my tropical fish tank and i would like to know if it would survive in my big bucket outside with rain water and things in, would it survive out in the cold?. I dont like killing anything, if it turns up it gets a home

is it a freshwater or saltwater snail? I wouldn't think it would live in a bucket of rainwater if it wuz a saltwater snail.

If they are salt water snails why are you wanting to get rid of them? Snails are great additions to a reef setup and do a wondrful and very important job.

Rainwater will eventually dilute the salt mix and kill them.
