How do I get rid of Snails? I have no idea how I get them but they breed like mad no matter how many I take out more appear. please tell me I can just get something to put in the tank to get rid?

They normally get there from any recent plants you have added. Get some assassin Snails they will get rid of them.

Hi, as suggested they normally come free with unwashed plants or as eggs.

Over feeding will help them flourish

There are snail killer products on the market which contain copper (not recommended)

As you supply zero information as to what fish you are keeping it's hard to suggest much but if like I suspect you have some sort of community set up then something like Zebra Loaches (Botia Striata) are excellent snail eaters.

Assassin snails I believe are also good as they feast on pest snails and breed much less but do get lazy if spare food is present.
