snails

I'm cycling my tank and a couple snails have appeared. must be from the live plants. this is my first tank..

should I try and remove them now? I want a fish tank.. not a snail tank. I don't mind a few, but I don't want a potential problem of too many snails.

I'm planning on getting a dario botia loach.. Will it eat them? should I just leave them?

I was going to try putting some lettuce in a glass overnight in the tank.. hoping they'll trap themselves there.

I'm pretty sure that most loaches like to eat snails (but don't quote me on that one). Personally I'd remove the snails and hope for the best although if you've got a few in there you'll probably start seeing more very soon.
