No, snails are good. Just reduce feeding in the tank if you want to naturally reduce numbers. Do you have any snail eating loaches in the tank (not suggesting you get one if you don’t)
Could always monitor them and bag up to give to your local fish store?
 
@FishBearer9845 is correct, reduce the amount of food your feeding you fish and that will help keep their numbers in check. It may take awhile before you notice that their numbers are reduce. You can always collect them and take them to your LFS as @FishBearer9845 suggested. I re-home them in my turtle tank.

If you want to keep your substrate nice and uniform in colour you should get rid of the snails. Otherwise they breed prolifically and die and their shells contaminate the gravel.

If you don't mind the snails in the gravel, then it's up to you and you can leave them there.
