Snails Are Dead

i dont get it. i bougth two sanils from Beverlys pet center, florida. they laste abootu a month and a half. one died 2 weeks ago fro no reason at all. i just lost one now. my water seems fine as no fish or shrimp are dying, not even sick. whats going on.

6 ghost shrimp
ten gallon

Depends,, what are the actual water stats, what type of snails were they,and what were you feeding them?
