Hi,
I have a snail question(s).
I have a big blue snail that I bought about 6 weeks ago.
I have done some research and I know that it's not an Apple Snail.
There isn't a air breathing tube.
I've looked at the Applesnail.com site but still not sure.
One of my questions is;
Are a Ramshorn and a Mystery Snail the same thing?
Another question;
He/she/it has about half of her shell covered with alge.
I tried to gently rub some off but didn't try to hard and it didn't help.
It seems to be a little less than when I first got it.
Will the algae wear off? I'd love to see the whole shell.
I'm sure it's getting plenty to eat from fish food but do I need to put something in there
for her shell? If so is there something that won't bother the fish or the water?
I was going to insert some photos but it's asking for a URL and doesn't give me
a browse option.
