Fish Addict
Bought this guy a little while ago in a mixed pack of CUC from another member. Didnt really realise it was strange till i was home but i figured it wouldnt hurt to have it cleaning too.
The snail has a white/off white 'twirly' shell. The snails body is also white (has black stripes on the antennas/eyes, cant tell their real small), and it has 2-3 'spikes' on the end of its body/tail (which i thought was odd lol), its body is pretty flat, and extends to about double its shell. It shells doesnt hide its entire body like the snails normally do (which is making me thing its not a snail). It is also rather fast for a snail, and will regularely come out for a feed when im feeding the tanks a little while before lights out. But i often see if it out in the day too, just zooming around the tank. Have seen it climb the glass a little but never more then about 4-5 inches up the glass, seems to prefer being on the substrate whenever i see it. Oh and it also has a long 'snout' which actively reaches into the water column, substrate, etc. Ive not actually seen it eat with the snout, but have seen it push food to its face area.
I have taken a billion photos, and these are the best two. It is aproximately 20mm in shell size (20mm ball).
Thanks
