Snail eggs?

So I was cleaning out my filter and I noticed these small white dotes I have quite a bit of snails in my tank and I am guessing they are eggs? Should I move then into a different area or keep them there? And if I move them do they need to be in water?

Yes the jelly with small dots in are clusters of snail eggs. Squash them or do whatever.
