Snail Eggs Have Hatched, But Not Sure What They Are!

I had these egg all over my bogwood

They hatched and now i have these little guys. At the moment these are about 5mm long

Assassin Snail?


and then there is this little guy too...

the first looks like an assassin snail as you thought
the second might be an apple snail? most apple snail species lay eggs above the water line, but there are afew that lay in water. did you notice any eggs above water?

I have smaller snails collected at the water line, but not any eggs that i can see. To be fair, i haven't really looked elsewhere for eggs.

I just assumed they would be Assassin snails because they match the photos i have seen on these forums.

yeah the eggs are probably assassins and the middle photo.
have you got any other snails in the tank? like apple snails? the last photo looks like an apple snail, but im not sure

Only snails i have are the pest snails that took over in a matter of weeks, then the 10 Assassins which i added to combat the problem while using a lettuce leaf every other day.

I've never bought apple snails, and haven't added any new plants recently.
