Small White Dots that Move!

Hello! Recently I have been seeing so many of these little white dots appear in my betta tank.

My tank used to be cycled but I made the mistake of removing too much good bacteria when I changed the tank around months ago. The last few weeks I have been adding Top Fin Readistart Bacteria, to help influence growth. But lately I have seen so many of these little moving dots all around my tank.

Anyone know what they are, if they are harmful or what could cause them to explode in numbers??

No idea what they are, but posting ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite will get the ball rolling.

Also do a large water change and scrub the glass while draining.
