I have been keeping and breeding fish for almost 12 years now, but have never gotten in to marine too much. I was into a LFS the other day and noticed they had a 1 gallon cude tank with some live rock in it and some type of Goby. I was wondering if it were very difficult to maintain small marine tanks? Not so much Nanos, but just even 10 gallons wth marine in it or I guess even 3 gallons. I cannot imagine it would be too easy, as special care would even have to be taken when having such a small freshwater tank.

without doing a bigger tank first, your first time pico will fail. go big first

Yeah that is what I figured. I had a 30 gallon marine set up, but I relaized at the time I wouldn't have the funds to have the type of tank I wanted. Now that I am not 14 Lol. I may give marine another try, but I was thinking of doing a smaller tank, with some inverts.
