Hey,

Are there any other Pleco, except from the Bristlenose, that doesn't grow very large?

yes there is quite a number actually, and i'm sure their is a thread posted somewhere that lists them,

A few to get you started though include, Bulldogs, Pitbulls, Clown, Leopard, and Tiger plecs

Leopard Plecos get pretty big

any in the hypancistrus or peckolitia genus stay quite small

Well obviously I'm not talking about Sailfin plecs/Gibbiceps because if i was I would have said Sailfin

Leopard Pleco L008 max size 3.5"
 
Just trying to point out you could have been more detailed with your response. A quick google up of'Leopard Pleco' would show either say Sailfin Pleco, L075 or L114. Not much about L008 :X
L008 is not a very common pleco at all.
 
Definitely recommend the pitbulls, they're brilliant! Bulldogs are also stunning looking little plecs.
