small chilid

have any idea for a small chiclid take maybe 5g or so...? i only wana have 2 fish in it?

There is no cichlid suitable for a 5g tank. A betta is your best bet.

Yep-- foggeddaboudit. No african cichlids can be kept in a tank that small. Get a blue betta.

i was talking about a baby chilid and then it would move into a 10g. tank

y not put the fish from 35 gallon into the 5, the guppys, and the others into the 10 if thre not big. keep the placo in there and u can use the 35 gallons for some cichlids, Apistogramma cacatuoides are pretty,

I agree with the guys, the tank is too small for an African Cichlid, you might get away with a south american dwarf Cichlid such as a Ram. (Butterfly Rams are gorgeous fish)

Can a ram really be happy on its own? I'm sorry I dont think there is a cichlid for that tank.
