Small Air Bubbles Help!

Just set up my nano 10 gallon reff tank I'm starting to have a small problem with the amount of air bubbles the filter is exposing into my tank. I have a Skilter 250 GPH over hang filter. The protein skimmer built in was to loud for me so I hooked up the air valve to a small air pump. (Doing the job well)!!!

Can anyone give me advice to help remove all these air bubbles??

If you've just set it up then the bubbles are normal, in new tanks there are normally lots of little bubbles on every surface, they will dissapear in time.
