hi guys i seem to be getting a silver slime on the surface of my tank it builds up over a few days then goes away completely, what is this and what can i do about it?

no its a marine tank no need for c02 would cause no end of problems

Is the slime cyanobacteria? And you say it comes and goes? Wierd... What are you feeding?
